The subject of this Preliminary Information Form is to provide preliminary information to the buyer who placed the order (“Buyer”) regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered via the etilus.com domain website belonging to ETILUS INTERNATIONAL TEKSTİL ANONYMOUS COMPANY (“Seller”), within the framework of the relevant regulations. This information is provided for commercial purposes in a manner that will protect minors and adults who lack the power of discernment or are limited, within the framework of the principles of good faith.

DELIVERY
The product/products subject to the contract shall be delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer within this 30 (thirty) day period, depending on the distance of the Buyer's delivery address for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 (thirty) days following the delivery of the order to the Seller.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation; the consumer Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient for the notification of the use of the right of withdrawal to be sent to the Seller in writing or via permanent data storage within this period. The consumer Buyer will be informed after the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal reaches the Seller.
RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHT CONDITIONS
The Seller shall refund all payments, including the delivery costs of the goods to the consumer, if any, within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the notification of the consumer Buyer who exercises his right of withdrawal. When the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he may send the goods back with Yurtiçi Kargo, which the Seller has an agreement with, and in this case, the shipping costs do not belong to the consumer.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Buyers who are consumers within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation may submit all kinds of complaints and objections to the Consumer Problems Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court where the Buyer is located or where the consumer transaction is made, in accordance with the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.
OTHER INFORMATION
The Buyer is aware of and accepts that the payment obligation will arise when he/she confirms the order for the product/service he/she has selected on the Site.
The Sales Contract will be established between the Seller and the Buyer upon the Buyer's electronic approval of this Preliminary Information Form and the Sales Contract.
This Preliminary Information Form and the text of the Sales Contract will be kept by the Seller after the conclusion of the contract and a copy will be sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
